Fantastic service and products which allows my husband to continue his playing passion for his 20+ year old Gameboy to carry on as and when the original parts wear out - Retro gaming replaces them!!

I've had to google instructions a few times as there were no instructions added, however this may be due to FunnyPlaying not actually supplying them and only posting it online on their website as a blog.

Flash cart works as described and I'm very happy with it.

Decided to get this with the laminated IPS panel to upgrade my GBA. Very happy with the results. Very easy to put together and my GBA now looks brand new.

I can confidently say that the screen has provided the best Game Boy experience I've ever had. So far, I haven't needed to use maximum brightness (dazzling conpared to the original), the clarity is superb and the nostalgic 'dot matrix green' colour option is an absolute joy. If you're a Game Boy fan, don't hesitate to upgrade.

The battery was to replace one from my original modded battery of the same model. It came the next day from ordering which I was super stoked about. This version though has a little velcro attachment that allows the chipboard and the battery to stay attached. Whereas my original hadn't which caused the wire to get caught and sheered. Very happy with the purchase

I bought this with the Oled Q10 screen for upgrading the GBC and was not disappointed. The quality of the shell looks as good as the original shell and it was very affordable with next day delivery. It saves cutting the old shell and makes the screen install very easy, really pleased with the results.

After looking at the options for upgrading the original screen I chose this one after seeing some review videos and fitting guides. It was easy to fit in the new shell with buttons/silicone, just one wire to solder. I made sure to test the screen first before fitting in the shell but there were no issues.

It has transformed being able to see the screen and use the Game Boy with colour games looking crystal clear and the option for mono colours and pixel effects make original games like Mario Land and Tetris look fantastic.

A worthwhile upgrade for a reasonable cost and the next day delivery was great, will buy from RetroGamingParts again. This GBC will be getting used more from now on.

Arrived rapidly and works exactly as described.
One tip is to make sure you do a full format on your SD card or you may find your roms do not show up.

Finally a battery that lasts more than 20 minutes easy to install. Only negative is battery slightly thicker so case bulges on back

I loved this so much, I’ve been wanting to do this for a while. Really happy I ended up getting one and fitting it. Relatively easy to do with some videos. Really happy with the outcome
